At Great Day Technology, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Purrfy, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Return
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Items returned without prior authorization.
How to Initiate a Return
