Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship the Purrfy worldwide. Please note:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Re-shipment of returned packages due to address errors will incur additional shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
